Whey to Go is a godsend. My husband is a cancer survivor who gets all his nutrition through a stomach tube. We had made the bold decision to buck what all the conventional dieticians were telling us and switch from a synthetic canned formula to the rather specific Budwig oil/protein diet. I was often confused and uncertain about how to make various substitutions in order to adapt this nutritious whole foods regimen to a liquid consistency suitable for the tube feedings. There was chaos in my kitchen from all the necessary grinding, juicing, blending and massive clean-up, after which I rarely had the energy to prepare something healthful for myself.
When I was nearly at wit’s end, I fortunately came across a brochure for Whey to Go and gave them a call. Harriet Riendeau arrived a few days later with many sensible suggestions for organizing my kitchen and a wealth of knowledge that helped me do a better, more efficient job of nourishing both of us at once. She was sensitive to our needs, respectful of our space, and accessible whenever new questions and challenges arose. I can’t thank her enough for this unique service and would recommend Whey to Go as the way to go for any individual or family serious about improving their health.

Dear Harriet, I wanted to report our progress to you. Since I have begun using your techniques, ( such as adding more animal fats, using coconut oil, making homemade cream cheese), my underweight son has taken to eating with new vigor. I have never seen him eat so much and in the first time in nine months, he has put on weight. And to top it off, his asthma is practically non-existant. Thank you so much for your helpful advice. I feel we have finally made a dent in his health issues.

I thoroughly enjoyed my session with Harriet! Her knowledge and personal experience has inspired me to learn more about wholistic nutrition. I had so much fun with her in my home, making homemade sauerkraut, cream cheese, whey, and other delightful treats! Keep up the great work, Harriet!
